Terrain Park - Camp Med-O-Lark - The Arts Camp of New England

Terrain Park
Med-O-Lark offers campers a terrain Park for skateboarding and rollerblading.  Under a 50x50 smooth surfaced platform, the following elements are enjoyed:  a mini-pipe, a 6-set, 3 banks, 4 foot kicker into a foam pit, wall ride, a quarter-bowl, a fun box, a 12 foot rail and a hip transfer. Built from the ground up, the skating surfaces of the elements are outfitted with Ramp Armor for a quality of ride that is both easy on the wheels and durable against the weather. The park was designed to appeal to all skill levels. New riders will enjoy the ability to explore elements not found in most parks. More experienced riders can sharpen their skills on the advanced elements. A foam pit allows for tricks such as Rodeos and Misties to be performed in a safe setting, all the while boosting camper’s confidence levels and making for an exciting and fun time! Our skateboard instructors are with the campers each period, ensuring safe supervision and proper use of the park. Med-O-Lark has a full selection of skateboards and safety equipment for the riders, although bringing your own equipment is certainly an option. The park is situated in our beautiful farm area, where the Maine summertime weather is the perfect complement for this outdoor activity.
